NBS student Anushka Chakraborty was recently chosen among the top 7 middle school students for the New York Times Podcast Contest, from over 1300 total participants and 450 in her age category. Her podcast topic was “Bach’s Mystery: A Small Piece Of A Larger Puzzle”. In her monologue, she discussed specific details of Bach’s keyboard music, tried to solve the monograph mystery, performed an Invention by J.S. Bach, and expressed concern over the future of classical music.
