This summer, the Nelly Berman School of Music will offer two one-week Summer Music Boot Camps, focusing on the music theory, history, and art trends of the Baroque through Modern music periods.

The camp has a maximum of ten participants, ensuring individualized attention to each camper. Students who have done Summer Music Boot Camp in the past made tremendous progress in just one week, with many of them able to perform a new piece that they only started learning at the beginning of the week!

Students will receive music history and theory instruction in a fun, interactive classroom setting with Dr. Ariane Alexander. They will also get to do some arts and crafts based on major arts and fashion trends of different musical eras, taught by Victoria Kavalerov. Finally, all students will have supervised practice time with NBS faculty members checking on students’ progress.

Each week of camp costs $375 per student.

Some scholarships are available by audition; contact the NBS office for more information.

Register by May 4th and make a $100 deposit to hold your spot!
