Leonard Ranallo is a guitarist and educator based in Philadelphia. He prides himself in his fluency in both classical and electric guitar, and is able to play in a multitude of styles and genres. Ranallo has studied at the Amherst School of Guitar with Mir Ali and received his Bachelors in Guitar Performance from Oberlin Conservatory studying under Stephen Aron. .Ranallo is certified in the Suzuki method and has taught at the Amherst School of Guitar and with the Oberlin Secondary Lessons Department. Ranallo has appeared as a featured young artist in festivals in Italy and Scotland and has won prizes in Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra Young Musicians Scholarship Competition, the Philadelphia Guitar Society Competition, the James Stroud All-Ohio Competition.
